Religion education, or…

Nobody know what happened with girls, who went for getting religion education in Iran in non legal way. Children are taken to Iran for having religion education illegally from Nakhchivan. Nobody knows what happened then with this children. Years passed, but no relatives, no parents know what is their children’s future.

They say, children are going to Gum in Medrese, but will still don’t know is there any Medrese in Gum. And the question is, do this children really have religion education?

We suppose

Those children are taken away from their parents. Some of parents says that they loose their children at all. Some of them think that their children joint terrorist groups, or extremist organizations.
We should notice that, we have no any concrete fact that is this really like that. Some Non governmental Organization and officials are agreed with this suppose.
After some rsearches we have found that 10-15 years before, young boy Mushfig have been taken to Iran for religion education and disappeared. . People who give us information about Mushfig asked not to publish their names. His relatives still don’t know where is he. They also have heard that he died. If Mushfig really died so why his body haven’t give bock to his parents.
Why Mushfig died? Where is his grave. His relatives still don’t know anything. May be know, but don’t want to speak about that.

Another fact.

In Yardimili region, citizens of Zevin village Chagi, Tagi, and Dilaver Agayevs, Garashov Bagir, Shukurov Rza, and citizen of Aruz village Sadig Alirza, Heshimov Jamil from Misgerein village, Neymatov Azad, and again Arshad and Mehmat from Mirishli village are in the list of children who have been taken to Gum.

There are a lot of such facts on Iranian-Azerbaijan border.
According to the information local police this children have been send in illegal way to get religion education, and most of them came back.
But there is a problem Some of this childrem are not in the region. As they say, some of them, and concretely Agayev, are in Georgia doing religion practice.
Some of them are teachers in the Caucasian Muslims Head quarters - Islam University .
We are very sorry, but this information is also false.
That have been said by Caucasian Muslims Religion Head quarters Science and Education Department’s officer Gazi Miraza Seidzade . But does local police or authorities interested with future of this children?
As information resource noticed they have been registered. Some organizations dealing with this sphere are interested with them. But responsibility for that is on their parents. Because all this children were passed to Iran in illegal ways. And this fact is also very suspicious.
If this children really went to get aducation, so why they do that in illegal way? It means that purpose of children’s migration is different.

Or - why this children couldn’t have contacts and communication with their parents? Why they are separated from society. If children just get religion education, why they should be separated from society?

Director of the Center of Migrant’s Help Alovse Aliyev says, that all this process is very suspicious. It could be that they will joint terrorist groups, and they are brought up not as religion person, but as Islamic majahed. And this is very serious.

As Alovset Alyev says this children are have their education in closed Medreses.
They even have no opportunity to contact with parents.

Once I met one of their parents. He said that he went to meet his child, but they didn’t let him to see his son. They say? That he is on Physical Training. The question is why child with religion education should be on trainings. If we are speaking just about physical training , so they could do it on the territory of Medrese, why should they be taken far away?
More than 100 children have left Azerbaijan for having religion education in Iran.
Nobody knows what happened with them later. There is a State Committee on religions questions and other legal religion organizations. Children who goes for religion education by their support, get education and came back.

But they are different from illegal one. There is nobody sent to abroad for religion education officially. This is words of the Head of State Committee on religion issues Rafik Aliyev.

He said that children goes to Iran illegally, and that’s why responsibility for that is on their parents.

“ We don’t know that parents let their children to go abroad illegally. If parents don’t say about that, or don’t apply to police, how could we know about that. “

Rafik Aliyev also says that children have been taken to Iran for some other purpose.
But what purpose is this, nobody knows in the committee. Just later on we ve got information that there were other aims. All this strategy is planed beforehand, but nobody says or know about that. Then, when this children disappeared we know the facts, that many years ago this child have been sent to Iran in illegal way for “education”.

The Document between Iran and Azerbaijan will be signed.

To protect children from this situation, the State Committee on Religion do some steps. Government structures in South Region have several directives.
And they controlled this issue.

As Rafik Aliyev says, Government has information about other type of structure dealing with this issue. And the serious work is done. That’s why last two years number of victims less.

If two three years before this process was very intensive, no it became more seldom.
To solve this problem in deeper way, we will start work with Azwrbaijan and Iranian official religion structures.

The document is ready. And question of religion education is discussed here very serious.

After signing of this document relationship between Azerbaijan and Iran will be controlled and implemented by the agreement between Azerbaijan State Committee on religion and Iran Culture and Religion Ministries.

If this officials will not agree for that, no one will be taken to Iran for education. And no any literature, teachers or religious persons from Iran will come to Azerbaijan. This questions will be solved by both official organizations and planed before.

Most of religion organizations in Iran are not controlled by government.

As we see the problem is very serious, and there is real purpose for signing of the document between two countries on government level. And minority of the religion organizations in Iran, which are not controlled by government give us reason for being suspicious.

As Rafik Aliyev says Azerbaijan authorities gave information about this problem to Iranian government. And Iranian side is interesting in cooperation on government level.
In this case, only government can controlle this issue.

Rafik Aliyev also notice that Azerbaijan students have got religion education at Religion Department of Baku State University and and some of them have been send to abroad by Coucasian Muslim Religion Department.

Others are going illegally. Rafik Aliyev agreed, that they should become terrorists and joint such type of organizations.

Muslim couldn’t be terrorists.

Caucasian Muslims Religion Head quarters Science and Education Department’s officer Gazi Miraza Seidzade says that.

“I mean that Muslim couldn’t be terrorists. This is impossible. People who doing that are not muslims. They are hide behind Muslim curtain and do other things. But actually they are not Muslims. We don’t know that there somebody who came from Iranian education and do such things.

Graduators from Gum Medrese are not working in Islam University.

As we notice earlier some of children who have got education in Gum, now teach in Islam University. But representative of Caucasian Muslims Religion Head quarters says that no one of this people work in Islam University.

“ There are some children who went there illegally, came back and ask us for job. We didn’t give them vacancy. Most of the are trade now, or doing other things. We responsible for those students who we send fir education. Others, even if they have very high education we are not accept them. And our University not send any students abroad. Some of them have viza as Meshhedi (pilligrim ) and then stay in Iran in illegal way. But we have such plan. We planed to send students abroad for education. Sheyx Ul Islam Allahshukur Pashazadeh should give permission for that.
